One of the UK’s leading care companies is seeking for a Senior Nurse who will enjoy their team  one of the care homes based in Bristol. It is a 60 – bed care home which provides with nursing, residential, palliative, and dementia care. As a Senior RN Nurse you will champion independence and personal choice whilst developing care plans to meet our residents changing physical, social and psychological needs whilst building on the positive reputation of the home.

As a RN Senior Nurse you will be working a full time and will be paid a competitive salary of £11.50 – £16.00 per hour plus other generous benefits.

Compliance and Quality:

·         Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines ensuring all risks are proactively managed and issues identified, investigated and resolved

·         Conduct care audits and monitor standards of care and take corrective action where appropriate

·         Ensure the delivery of quality care continually assessing our residents’ needs and wishes, developing the service to enhance their quality of life

Professional Nursing:

·         Oversee all aspects of medicine management, ensuring medicines are appropriately received, stored and administered to our clients;

·         Promote high standards of nursing care for self and your team, actively seeking ways to improve levels of service

·         Be prepared to manage incidents or emergency situations as they arise and report them to the Home Manager

·         Report to the Clinical Manager any relevant changes in residents conditions and situations

To be considered for this role you must be qualified Registered Nurse and must be registered with NMC
